When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, telephone number and any information you choose to provide.
We also collect standard website analytics information, including pages visited, device information and how you arrived at our website.
Where your enquiry is accepted and taken forward, we and the specialist firm managing your case additionally collect and hold information relevant to your case, including financial details you or your accountant provide, documents you or your firm send us (such as engagement letters, signed agreements, identification documents and financial statements), and a record of correspondence relating to your case.
